Every engagement follows the same five-stage logic.

Each stage is a discrete paid engagement. You authorise each phase before it begins. You own all deliverables. There are no lock-ins — only clear decisions at each gate.

We assess the opportunity. Is there a real product to build or a growth system to design? We find out and put it in writing.
